Mindfulness Teacher

I've been teaching mindfulness for 12 years after the practice changed my own life.  I teach in schools, in business, online and in wonderful group classes in the New Forest.

Author

I wrote a book on meditation and mindfulness called The Lost Art of Being. This was inspired after spending many years studying and attending retreats with world-leading spiritual teachers including Eckhart Tolle, Mooji and Marianne Williamson.

Nature Champion

I'm a life-long lover of the natural world and my mindfulness classes in the New Forest focus on connecting you with nature, which is hugely beneficial for wellbeing.  I run a consultancy that helps business prioritise nature.  I'm on the board of Friends of the Earth in my native Scotland.
